this young fellow is so innocent, he is not even a little bit guilty
why is the state so convinced they have the right guy....I don't know how Ryan stays so upbeat...someone, somewhere has to help this young fellow.

I watched the Dateline show and was shocked that this young man is still in prison. The evedence against him was none! Now there are two people claming evidence that could release him and he still sets there? Our justice system has a lot to be desired!

The young man is still in prison because if you listened the prosecuter, on this case had witness's lie for him, is now a
judge. That my friend is how our system works. There was NO evidence what so ever to put him there at the crim scene but he was convicted. on the word of a schizophrenic & a over ego prosecuter. Could of been YOU or ME!!!!

The state is not in any way convinced of his guilt. It is simply the job of the Attorney General to keep him in prison once he has been convicted of the crime.

It has always been a rather nonsensical premise that even two such slightly built youths would attack such a powerful man, much less that they should win the lengthy fight and suffer no damages during it. It has always been much more likely that the large, powerful co-worker with whom there was much friction was the assailant.

It has always been rather obvious that there were problems with the identification and the credibility of the witnesses.

It is a very high hurdle to get out of prison once convicted and for much of the appeal, a court has not been able to consider new evidence.

The fact that the forceful prosecutor became a judge has made things very difficult for the defendant.
